Our Challenge: Build a device that lets you grab diferent objects and drop them into a container that's at least 2 feet away

My first design:

This is the final google skecthup design that our group used for the project
This is the rough draft sketch that I made in googe sketc up.
This is our first step when actually building it where we laser cut it out.
We then used a drill to drill out the holes so we attach the metal clasp fr the movement ability.
We then attched the clasp and taped it down to the wood.
We tested our grabber and it worked!
This is our final product!
This is our group presentation in which we proved hat our grabber is very useful so we would not change anyhin abou the design, even though we were considering adding tape because we saw how the tape would not exactly let go. If we were forced to change anyhtin we would make it longer.
